CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect our time and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a charge of 30% of the total service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. As a courtesy, you can cancel or reschedule online through your confirmation link up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your service total at checkout. • Deposits are non-transferable for no-shows or late cancellations. We totally understand that life happens — discretion will be used in true emergencies.
